Default Help -Have 7.3 license but can\'t find software AAArrgghhhh !
Greetings Team,

I've just got a Mac Pro with a HD expansion chassis.
I used to run PTHD on a PC but it got too flaky and I switched platforms.
The problem is that I already have a 7.3 License on my iLok but cannot get the 7.3 Mac HD software anywhere.

All current updates require 7.3 to be already installed.

Can someone give me a link where I can d/l the 7.3 installer from ?

when you either got your Amnesty upgrade email it has the link, or when you purchased the 7.3 box it has the Disks

Hi there,

I purchased it from the digi-store but at the time I was PC so I never bothered to d/l the Mac version.

The digi-store link expires after 30 days....

Surely I'm not expected to buy it again ? after all I can only rub one instance of it as I( only have 1 iLok and one set of hardware....

I checked again and although my order states that the link is only valid for 30 days, when I logged in everything was there.
