Toggle Zoom doesn't justify track to the top?

I believe this was a preference in pro tools 10, But now in 12 if my selected track is off the window and I hit E to zoom toggle, it no longer brings that track into view, also if my track edit selection is close to the bottom it expands the track below view. I thought it used to alway Expand to centre top?

Any one else?


Maybe Avid could add that preference back?

Hello! Yes I am also grappling with this issue in 12.4.

I'm sort of hoping its been fixed in 12.5 etc

It's in the preferences.

They've added more selection options, so you'll have to choose what you want to be selected and viewed.

Hey. Yep I love Zoom Toggle. But in 12.4 it just isn't right!

Guys, if you hit E on a track at the very bottom of your session, does it zoom off the screen? If not is this because it goes full screen? I want it to be big but not full screen…. like it used to behave!
