Default Fabfilter Plugs

I decided to try a few of their plugins and I'm blown away by some of the functionality and ease of use. I haven't found many plugs that can work well with any material and also allow for some wild sounds via modulation from a variety of sources (if one wishes to get creative).

I'm currently replacing some of my go-to's in a mix with their plugs. I highly recommend Volcano as one to try.

Feel like I've been missing out on a secret since coming across these.

I bought FabFilter Pro-Q 3 a number of months back. I haven't used it as much as maybe I should yet but it is excellent is all respects.

FabFilter should be around for many years to come and hopefully keep pushing the envelope and remain a market leader.

Fab is a rare example of a company doing everything right. Sound, functionality and customer service all deliver, every time.

Well in post we do miss AAX DSP versions on larger setups. But hybrid engine does help a little.

Huge fan of the Fabfilter plugins. The reverb is insane with the tweakability especially when you get into tweaking the reverb decay times per frequency. And ProQ3 has to be the cleanest eq I've ever worked with. Saturn is my go-to saturation plugin.

One thing I would love to see on their gate is the ability to tweak the hysteresis. There is a rudimentary way to do it but only by category and it's not even evident that you're tweaking hysteresis.

Good service, multiple activations, and dynamic discounts depending on your existing products. And yes the GUI's are very well though out and efficient.

I think especially for anyone in post building a new system they're a great company to look at. EQ, Comp, Limiter, & De-Esser are hard to beat.

Agreed - AAX-DSP support would be a very very good addition and feature. Too bad they don't support it.
