Possible Phasing Issues with Low Drums!
I'm messing around my my new M-Audio Axiom25 and playing the thunder drums in Xpand2. They sound great before I record them but after they are recorded I play them back and they sound like crap! They go from loud to soft (in the meter and the speakers), and sound like they have flange on them waving up and down.
Basically I wanted to remake some Lord of the Rings music (the Isengard theme) but can't get past these drums sounding like crap. Please help as I'm very frustrated. P.S. I've tried panning them different ways and turning off one speaker and that doesn't help. Thanks!
