Pro Tools error 7058- plugins are not valid

Hey guys. I’m running pro tools 12.7.1 on my 21.5inch 2011 iMac (I know it’s old), running an Intel 2.7ghz i5 with a Radeon 6770 512mb on Sierra 10.12.6. I recently rented a cabin in the mountains with a friend to get away for a bit of recording and when I got there, several plugins were no longer loading into protools. I got the 7058 error and they were invalid. I trashed preferences, I reset multiple times, I moved the plugins out and then back into the folders, I deleted a few and reinstalled the most recent version (some of them are VERY recent so it’s not like they are invalid versions) and still no luck. I have reached out to Neural DSP because I initially noticed it with Archetype Petrucci, but it has occurred on about 20 different plugins.

Not pictured is my list of iLok licenses. They are all up to date and verified by Neural, all these plugins worked previously before this trip.

Have you tried to synchronize your iLok?

In iLok Manager right-click on the iLok in the left pane and select "Synchronize". Sometimes that will clear up errors like this. (assuming you have internet and can sign in to your iLok account)

Also there was a really old conflict years ago involving iOS devices connecting and screwing things up but if it hasn't happened to you before I don't know what would cause that now...

I haven’t connected an iOS device at all, so I don’t think that’s the issue. I just tried to synchronize my iLok and it did nothing.
