Cannot load presets.

Before i go any further just wanted to say i'm running latest drivers and firmware and my Pro Tools 8 LE is updated to latest version with this said here's the problem, when i open my eleven rack window and choose to load a preset from the computer nothing happens, i don't get any browse for file window and nothing just simply silence and nothing happens which is pretty damn wierd . . i just can't stand all the hassle with this hardware . . i took me two days to get it working now this . .

Do you have the EXP on your 11R. FV 2.0.1?

If not, you cant load presets that have been made with the EXP.

What kind of computer? What OS? What exact version of PT? What Firmware is on the 11R? What have you tried so far?

Do the presets you are trying to load require the ERXP?

What exactly happens?

Have you tried another USB cable?

Another USB port?

Have you tried a reset of the 11R unit?

Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit PC, with pro tools 8 LE V-8.0.1 Firmware V-1.0.3 Build 0.6.2.0

The presets i try to load do not require the expansion pack.

I open up the Eleven rack window on pro tools and everything works great but when i left click on the preset name and choose "Load from computer" simply nothing happens, he just closes the drop down menu and that's it, no error no crash nothing and everything else works as it should be.

Did try a different USB port (not using a hub but directly on the motherboard)
But not a different cable, i will try it but i highly doubt that's the issue since everything else works flawlessly.

I didn't try reset but as i said i doubt that's the issue, i'm pretty sure it's a software issue, but i'm willing to try it anyway, will it erase my presets though ?

You should update to Pro Tools LE 8.0.5

Hi fustrun,

I just read your thread where you describe the same problem with loading presets in Pro Tools as I have right now!

When I click "Load from Computer" nothing happens, no window opens nothing! I know your post is from 2013 and I don't know if you can remember if there was any solution for this problem or not. But if you could give me any tip on how you solved that problem, that would be great!

I am using Pro Tools 10.3.10 on Windows 7, with the Eleven Rack 2.0 no extension pack.
