Default Error messages

Starting ProTools the program says "Unable to open DAE" What does that mean.
With a program as complex as ProTools you should have more advanced error messages right ?

Please provide more detailed information
about your setup. CPU, service pack, Memory
Version of PT? Has Pro Tools ever worked on your system or is this a new install?
Also have you tried to remove the Pro Tools app and the Digisystem files from the ADD/Remove control panel and re-install?
