Suggestion #1 is to tell us complete, accurate details about your system. See “help us help you” at the top of the page.

You’ve posted to the wrong forum. This one is for the current version. You want the legacy forum for 12.5

And you didn’t really read “help us help you,” either. That’s not enough info to even make an educated guess. You still have provided zero info about your computer.

Le Mec

You are going to need to make a start on standard troubleshooting yourself, and should really be doing that before posting here. Make sure you follow the instructions for your OS and Pro Tools version.

Things like trashing prefs should just be second nature and done any time you find a problem. Use Pete Gates free PT Prefs utility to make it easier for yourself: http://petegates.com/pg-pt-prefs.html

Problems related to plugins are often....ta da surprisingly... due to the plugin or incompatibilities of the plugin and the version of Pro Tools you are running. So you need to check if you have the correct compatible plugin versions for the version for Pro Tools and the operating system version. Lots of information in Avid knowledge base articles you can Google for.

And when running on Windows and asking for help here it's expected that you provide a Sandra report. It might not help too much in this case, but it's handy to just get that out of the way. All described in the stuff you need to read.
