Did you purchase the Pro Tools subscription that includes the complete plug-in bundle? If not you can subscribe to the bundle separately here:
https://shop.avid.com/ccrz__ProductD...ku=DYNAPA20005

Where did you purchase Pro Tools? Ultimate or Standard?

Why would you post tis question in the section for PT 12? Maybe one of the mods can move this to the "getting started" area?

The OP still hasn't returned, even though he has been logged in. Perhaps this is solved.

Default Less plugins than advertised

Hope anyone can help me since Avid has not yet responded to my request.

I purchased Pro Tools Perpetual, especially for the 115 plugins that were supposed to be in the package.

After downloading all software from the website and installing all the content, I am missing many plugins like Fairchild, Redcomps, Moogerfooger, Pultecs etc.
Where are they ?

Did I miss something ?

As already stated above the 115 plugins are included in a subscription. If you have a perpetual license you get 80.

" Get access to the Avid Complete Plugin Bundle (a $49.99 USD/year value) and HEAT (a $495 USD value) with Pro Tools and Pro Tools | Ultimate subscriptions at no additional charge. Pro Tools perpetual licenses with an active 1-Year Software Updates & Support Plan get access to 80 plugins. Pro Tools | Ultimate perpetual licenses with an active 1-Year Software Updates & Support Plan get access to 114 plugins (HEAT not included)."

From: https://www.avid.com/audio-recording-software

There might be other pages on Avid.con that get this wrong. Find any such errors, complain clearly to the Avid store and ask for you money back and/or switch to a subscription. Or give up or buy a subscription to the complete plugin bundle.

I guess it wasn't clear (enough) on the website....Pity.
Thomann.com also says 115 for a perpetual (standard).

Please provide a screenshot of this for a non subskription License of PT standard.
I can see it states over 60 VI and Plugins for PT Standard Perpetual non subskription.

That over 60 can be 61 or 80 as someone said but nowhere on thomann I can see does it say you get 114 or even 80 plugins and VI with any version.

A non-renewed perpetual license has the following 55 plugins... Not sure if it matters WHEN that perpetual license was purchased (for example, I recently had PT11 and it of course didn't have a lot of these plugs. Maybe from 2018 forward? Or is this list just for current purchases and speaking of what will be left in the future if they lapse? I have no idea).

Does it matter that many of the plugins missing are part of a separate installer?
