Venue Standalone software/offline editor download links all lead to 403 error

Hello! I am new to this message board, and I already tried to post a thread relating to this, but I believe because I included so many URLs it needed moderator approval because it looked like spam. It hasn't appeared in 12 hours and it is an urgent issue, so I am reposting this thread with no URLs so that perhaps I can get an answer, as I have a show coming up soon and need to use the offline editor.

I am trying to download the standalone VENUE offline standalone editor, but every link I can find on Avid's website leads to a 403 error:
"You have attempted to access a protected URL which has either expired or is invalid. Please try your download again."

I have tried downloading from the page entitled "VENUE Standalone Software Updates" and from another page entitled "VENUE 3.0 Standalone Software
March 19, 2012 — Version 3.0 for Windows 7 or Windows XP". All those links to download on both pages do not work.

Is there somewhere I can currently download the offline editor?

Sounds like there is maybe some issues on the AVID side. I have had issues with other download resources in the last days... And I am getting the same result as you with standalone 3.0

I contacted Avid Store support because that seemed to be the closest dept to contact, and there's no webmaster/site issues contact info anywhere, and they responded saying they are transferring my request to a higher department, so we'll see what comes of that.

I think honestly for whatever reason - accidental or otherwise - someone made a good portion of their downloads not accessible to the public, which is pretty dang inconvenient.

Curious, how come the resolution must be 1024/768... My resolution is better but is making me shrink my display ratio... there an update coming with an option to leave the screen res as is?
