Pro tools Artist 22.10 suddenly unusably slow

Hi all,

I was using Protools a few days ago and it was lightning fast. I returned today to work on a song and it is unusably slow. just to navigate through the interface is about a 30 sec delay to page or zoom. When I click a plugin, it takes over a minute to pop up. I didn't change anything in the session and even loaded a session that has minimal about of tracks and plugins and it is the same speed. I checked system usage and only 25% of the CPU is being used and 30% of Memory so I don't see why I have such a slowdown with no bottleneck.

I went through the normal troubleshooting and optimized everything for win10. I also deleted the pro tools prefs. There also haven't been any recent windows updates. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you.
