What is this recording checklist chart called?

Hello, I am wondering what is this recording checklist chart called?

...A type of spreadsheet chart that song titles are on 1 axis and instruments on the other axis ...where all instruments are listed so as you record your "album" you check off what instruments you have recorded so you can easily see whats left to record on each song.

Does anyone have a pdf or excel template they want to share? or where to find one? Thanks for any help...

Could be wrong, but it sounds like you guys are talking about two totally different things.

And to the OP (only half joking), if you have to write down what's missing, I'd wonder if you actually needed it to begin with...

Close, but the link you provided is not what I'm talking about. Imagine a "chart" that has the names of the instruments on one axis and the title of the songs on the other. As you record, you "check off" the things you have complete so it would be easy to see what is left to record in you project. I know it would be easy to create one, but I was wondering if there was a template for such a thing. Also was wondering what such a "chart" is called :)
