Drag and drop

Hello
I am using PT 10 on windows.
I cannot drag and drop audio diles into the session.
Not from explorer and not from the Workspace.
It brings only a cube with the name on[I] italic[I]
but doesnt bring the audio.
What am I doing wrong?
