Default Slate SSD4 auth issue

Can't for the life come initiate the SSD4 in Pro Tools 11. Don't seem to have the license. I followed the instructions but never saw the SLC file and it will not extract. Very frustrating. I do not see why this plugin is not just like EZ Drummer and freaking just loads. Has to be cryptic. Anyone have any ideas?

During install you have to point to the location of the license file. I once rearranged hard drives/names and had to get back in there and repoint this. But for the first time ever not sure how you would get into the plugin if it will not instantiate.

Go to the Slate website. log in. click on SSD. It will say at the top you have x of 2 licenses. Download the license. Stick it somewhere safe (for instance, the SSD folder on your computer). Launch SSD in Pro Tools. Go to Settings or whatever its called on the left. Click on the Licenses button. point it to where you stored the license. restart Slate drums. should be good to go.

When I log in there is no license file. I just see library 1,2,3 and presets. I got an email saying that A license was created but I don't see it. Also so it does not show up in Pro Tools. I do have a file that is called
ssd4-blackbird_ssd_Blackbird_1premium_comcast.net-3.slc I am assuming this might be the license? I can't extract anything. There is a Waring message that comes up and says can't extract
