I've got two sets hooked to my rig and it works great. I have a microsoft board and optical mouse on my desk and I have a logitech board and trackball that I use on the other side of the room when I'm recording by myself. That way I don't have to walk back and forth b/w each take. The trackball is great because I don't need a flat surface to use it, I can just hold it against my leg or whatever. Both sets work at the same time and don't interfer with each other or anything else.

The blue Fn function key at the bottom left gets you the + and - nudge. I use keyboard shortcuts as much as possible but not all I'm sure.

What shortcuts do you think the keyboard can't do? I'd like to check it out to see what I am missing.

Sincerely...

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Hey, I've been using cordless mice for years. They're great. But, Micah, what are you using to connect the two mice and keyboards together?
If you can please send me an email.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Ke,

I have one set in the ps/2 ports like normal. The other set is hooked to a ps/2 to USB adapter. Its Y shaped so the ps/2's convert to one one USB. I got it from newegg for $10. But if you have a ps/2 to serial converter that is all you need. One set goes in like normal, the other set goes to usb and ps/2 to serial.

thanx ppl. so some of you are using wireless mice/keyboards.

so just to make sure, wireless mice/keyboards won't interfere with any audio signals at all?

and as for the gyration thing, what is a "scissor-style keyboard?"

No the Gyration does not interfere with the audio signals. I don't know what they mean by "scissor-style" keyboard. To me it's like a laptop keyboard.

I have the top of the line Logitech wireless mouse / keyboard. A few comments:

1. No, I have not had any problems with RFI. IOW, no noise issues whatsoever.

2. I love the mobility. Since I have a computer desk and a third monitor over at the mixing boards, being able to use the one keyboard / mouse and move it as needed is a lot easier for me than having a switch to select between two different wired mice / keyboards to worry about.

3. The mouse response IS a bit slower and less precise. That is the biggest hassle of this setup. It's nothing major, but it is noticeable.
