PTIHD & ILock troubles

Hi,

I have 2 iLocks on my G4 and I'm getting really weird stuff, like both can't be used at the same time...
As I bought one when buying plugs for my old Mix3, how can I manage this ????

What versions of the Interlok Engine abd USB iLok Driver extensions do you have installed?
If you haven't already, try downloading the latest version (4.0.5) from the PACE website:

If that does not resolve it, as a temporary work-around, try the following:
launch Pro Tools with both iLoks attached. If you get a message that certain plug-ins (which you do have authorized) are not authorized, complete the launch of PT, then immediately quit. Hot-swap (unplug and re-plug) the HD iLok, and then launch PT. The plug-ins should load.

We are currently investigating this issue that is affecting some customers, and we will have more info soon.

You guys are working on Sunday, great !!!!...but
I've already downloaded those files;
Their current version in 4.0.2, not 4.0.5 as you've written [img]images/icons/rolleyes.gif[/img] ...
So what now ? [img]images/icons/shocked.gif[/img]

Could you change the latest drivers in the support/download section ??? [img]images/icons/wink.gif[/img]
