ADAT Hell! Sync but no Scroll...
Here's the scoop. I have 3 Adats with
a BRC, and a Mackie D8B. The BRC sends MTC to the D8B and syncs fine. I set PTLE online to MMC/Midi. The numbers in the transport window follow the numbers \ on the ADAT, D8B & BRC, however the cursor never scrolls in PT and I can't record audio into PT in this mode. What am I doing wrong. Please don't tell me I have to buy another sync unit. Damn software should come with a manual... Thanks, Adrian |

Re: ADAT Hell! Sync but no Scroll...
-Make sure that your Session Start Time is set at, or before the timecode location on the ADAT tape.
-Open the Setups>Preferences>Operation window and enable "Record Online At Time Code (or ADAT) Lock. Brent |
