Lost plugin factory presets!!!!! how do i reload?

I tried to use altiverb...it said i needed to load impilse responses, so i read Alti manual and it said have cpas lock on and start protools.. perfect it asked for impulse folder selected...everything groovy..UNTIL!! i went to my T-racks plugin and found all the factory presets gone.. i found the folder where they are and tried to "import" settings but it will not let me select them,, any help from someone how i reload all my factory presets for t-racks and some other plug ins????? THANKS!!!!!!!

Click the "up-down arrow" beside "factory default" on the plug, select Import Settings, then from Macintosh HD>Library>Application Support>Digidesign>Plug-In Settings, choose the name of the plug and select a preset. You'll have to keep repeating this for each one, unless someone else knows how to get them all to load at once.

I'd just try running the installer for T-Racks again, see if that helps.
