pop noises
hey all....since i've switched to osx jaguar ..6.1.2..i've been getting intermitent pop noises...i use an ai3 for my keys/midi with lightpipe...i know about switching to optical..not a problem there i've used this same setup in 9 os...so it's not that...i searched the answerbase...i got one response that said this was normal with multiple plugs...i can't imagine that's the case since i didn't this problem with my older operating system...has anyone else had this problem..any solutions ?...i've tried workin with the preferences ...no luck.......thanks very much for listening and any help.......warmest regards

Are you using a cpu upgrade? If so, I had problems with an OWC 1.4 cpu and lightpipe sync. Got a gigadesign cpu and it all works now.It seems some cpu's and OSX won't play nice with lightpipe. Could be the machine they are installed in also. Do a search with my display name "Lamp" to find the thread.

thanks lamp...yes i did do a cpu upgrade...well before i did the osx upgrade...sonnet i ghz...you may have hit on something...i'll do the search now....just wanted to say thanks
