Ugh, Yes another Cloud Collab issue, clean install
Hey all, I have a fresh install on my new machine and trying to link up some projects with the only person that I ever use this dumb Cloud Collab with. Getting the well documented "failed to download", "Failed", "Uber Failed Server Connection" messages when trying to sync the projects.
Searched the forums and found a few possible solutions, but none worked, hence the new thread with this issue. Also tried manually adding the Cloud Service files to System Prefs> Privacy > Full Disk Access.. suggested for Catalina with older broken installs of PT 2020 Cloud, however, the 2 files I'm supposed to manually add, don't even exist. Library > Application Support > Avid > Cloud Client Services > Hub Library > Application Support > Avid > Cloud Client Services > TransportClient I only have the CloudClientServices.app, which I gave permission to for fun. Still nothing. SO, I opened PT 2020.3 on my laptop running Mojave and can sync all the projects no problem.. So this is making me think I'm just missing something on the new machine to make this god awful app work. Once I get all these saved again, I'm moving my buddy away from this cloud BS. Doing a Dropbox collab, though not ideal, will be easier than dealing with this crap. Thoughts anyone? 2018 Mac Mini, OS 10.15.7, PT 2020.12

As I said, I only use this with one friend, who isn't a full time Pro Tooler, and is only messing with PT First. So we tried it out to see if he could send me tracks he was recording. Honestly, it wasn't working too bad on my last machine, well enough to deal with at least, get his additions and bounce them to an offline session that's secure, so just trying to figure out why it's not working on my new system. These aren't Grammy winning hits I'm risking either. Would I use the cloud on my real paying work? Absolutely F'in not.
