Changing Control page from EuCon command

Sorry if this has already been covered, tried a couple searches.

I’m moving to a S1 & Dock Setup from a d-command and am wondering if there’s a command to change the Control app’s main page (Mixer, Channel etc) from a command that I could map onto a user button. The setup to reach to the top of the display in portrait mode is a bit of a drag.

Secondly, is there a way to toggle all of an EQ’s frequency knobs into Q? Really thought the toggle would be via pushing the button instead of hitting the Sel button but figure if I can adjust them all at once it would be more convenient at least.
