We want DTS back...
If it is really true, what I heard, but hardly can believe, that AVID let go of the person know as DigiTechSupport to us, probably the most caring and knowing person here. I want to state that this decision is just stupid.
And even though I know that it will not change anything at all I'd like to say. Who ever decided this: Get this guy back, or you will get more professional users get angry than you might imagine. This board is the the only place to get support, for your overpriced tel support is an insolence and not helping at all. Maybe we should start a petition. Sebastian

For me this is not about Software. PT 10 is working perfectly so far. And for me there is no other option. And I don't want this to get mixed up with upgrade prices or anything.
This is just about letting a unbelievably valuable employee go. Which is idiotic. And a an offence to the customer. And a great loss for the company. Sebastian
