Default Problem importing LE5.0 session into TDM/Mix

Greetings, we have a odd problem on our hands. I own a LE5.0 system, and am dealing with a 4-track session captured from tape. When my LE session is imported into my associate's TDM/Mix system, all [-individual track, not the master fader-] playback levels peg in the red, in a uniform fashion (!). Within my LE system, the session does not peak red at any point... and as a "control", I have forwarded this LE session to my mastering engineer for evaluation, who runs a TDM/Mix system; his verdict is that my LE session is completely acceptable, in terms of levels not displaying peaks/square waves. This is par for the course, relative to lots of other sessions I have supplied him for my releases.
Question: Has anyone running a TDM/Mix system ever experienced a change in soundfile amplitude, when importing a LE5.0 session file? Perhaps the exact procedures used to import may possibly have an influence on this unusual behavior...? Also; the described session is one of a group of sessions, and they all exhibit the same behavior (excessive levels & distortion), during playback on TDM/Mix- the behavior can not be a one-time thing, it is consistent. Any comments about this paradox would be greatly appreciated. I'm not a newbie concerning Pro Tools, but I've also never posted anything online; so please don't be too harsh, okay? Thanx.
[P.S. we are both Mac, I would not waste your time with cross-platform issues.]
