Headphone Jack Malfunctioning

Hi there,

Today I noticed that I'm not getting any sound out the ProControl headphone jack. I'm wondering if I did anything wrong in the PT setup or if it's broken.

Since I do have signal coming out 1-2, and my headphone knob is at normal level, I believe I should be able to hear something right away. Thus, if since I don't, it's a harwdare issue. Am I correct?

Should I send the unit to Digidesign for repair? Or is there something anyone would suggest I try first?
