PT 9.06 Audiobox USB: Nothing is right...

Hi,
This is my first post and,worth, I'm not English so my "speaking" isn't well..
For now ,here's what's happen:
-I was using PT 905 and everythings worked nicely.Then an advise for PT 9.06 update: so I've done it...
Maybe I'd better never do this cause since this update PT 9.06 works well but with no sound at all...
If I suppress the input in the hardware setting ,I can hear what's PT is reading but if re-enable input :nothings comes to my hear... And "Vice versa".
I didn' t tell that I uninstalled reinstalled PT 9.06,PT 9.05 same for the drivers etc etc. I am lost !!!!
My PC : 8 Gb ram
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
ATI hd 5770
Gigabyte P35 DSL 3
5 * 500 Gb Hard drive sata2 With 3 just for musical stuff
Presonus AudioBox MIDI 2.8.40 +M-Audio FastTrack+ EMU 0404
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

With multiple interfaces connected, you need to select the one you wish to use(you cannot use all at the same time). Make that selection in the Setup>Hardware window, or hold down the "N" key while opening Pro Tools.
