PROTOOLS 10 and Audiobox USB Help

Hey Guys!!!

I just recently bought Protools 10 for uni. I am on a PC and I have an Presonas Audiobox USB that I thought I would use with it, the problem is it keeps on giving me an error message everytime I hit the play button saying I need to check my cables or change my buffer size. I'm also getting no sound from the click track. Could anyone tell me what I can check to fix this problem??

ur not da only 1 wit dis problem my dude.im tryina get mines fixed nd got da saaame b.s. happening too me.have u found out yet on how to fix it??
