003 faders don't move when creating a new track
Hi there, this is probably something simple that I'll kick myself over, but I'll ask anyway.
We have two systems here at work, a 002 system working with Pro Tools 7.1 and a new 003 system working with Pro Tools 8. When I create new tracks on the 7.1 system, the 002 moves the relevant faders automatically to the zero position. The Pro Tools 8 system and 003 don't behave in the same way, the faders don't move at all. Can anyone point out where I'm going wrong please? Cheers all!

It may be due to the type of track. For instance, a new audio track will(or should) snap to -0, while a new aux track will default to all the down.

I ended up running the fader tests in Utility mode and got nothing, so back in the box it goes!
