Where do I find my PT ASCs?

Hi

I have PT Ultimate 2021.7 and Pro Tools 2021.7, both perpetual, both under support and updates. Where do I find my ASCs? Never received them in email.

When I go to https://avid.secure.force.com/ASC/AS...tails?ascCode= to retrieve the ASCs associated with my account, I get this: "Error: Error occurred while loading a Visualforce page".
