protools studio and Avid Complete Plugin Bundle

Hi
I bought a year subscription to Protools Studio. i'm having a hard time installing the Avid Complete Plugin Bundle.


It shows up in my ilok but its greyed out. couldn't find them in my avid account, my products.
hoping some could walk me throgh it?

upon checking, it's still inside the iLok ID: mc*****e
Still not activated.
Please open your iLok license manager Application, then sign in using your iLok ID: mc*****e (and not p****e) You should see your license on the Available Tab

Let me know if you're able to sign in and activate. Thank you

so i activated the bundle and moved the licenses to my ilok but the plugins don't show up in Protools.
help? tks

If you haven't installed the Avid Complete Plug-in Bundle, even if you activate the license, without being installed, they won't show up in Pro Tools.

log into ur AVID account click on VIEW MY PRODUCTS then ''Pro tools STUDIO ''and look for View your download and you will see your ProTools download and below that are the plugins and V-instruments ect..I think you have to load one at a time but they load fast.

On a side note:


A subscription should not be charged for what really is, by todays standards, Stock Plugins.


These should all be included in Pro Tools by default in order to be more competitive with other DAWs.

First So assuming you are taking about a physical iLok USB Dongle as opposed to iLok Cloud for activation. And when you launch PT it is not attempting to authorize from ilok Cloud

Then from the bold sentence would appear you have not yet downloaded and installed the additional plugins from your account

So look here. (this is a Perpetual license ) but I assume the subscription license page looks the the same with the exception of the words Perpetual Product prabably says Subscription Product ? (shorter Red arrow) BUT make sure your page shows "Active" (longer red arrow)

Then it should be a matter of clicking the " View Software Download Links & Product Details" (green arrow )




And this is what should show and you need to download and install all the ones you want
