Is Kontakt 3 compatible with PT8?

I have heard of significant issues using Kontakt 3 with PT 8. It doesn't appear that my situation is typical, but I'm using it with no problems.

Waiting on Kontakt 3.5 update for compatibility. *Most* Native-Instruments stuff doesn't work with any version of Pro Tools on Leopard (Mac OS 10.5.x).

Again, I seem to be atypical, but I am using Kontakt 3 with PT 8 running OSX 10.5.6 with no problems. I am certainly not pushing it at all, as my arrangements have been light recently - maybe that accounts for it, I don't really know. But I am using it successfully.

I sure have read stories to the contrary from some angry Kontakt 3 users. Actually, I shouldn't call them users, since they can't actually *use* it. Rather, Kontakt 3 *purchasers*... So one hopes NI gets on this quickly, especially now that their new hardware product is finished.
