Pro Tools 11 crashes on MacBook Pro M1 Big Sur

Hi!

I recently purchased a new MacBook Pro 13” M1 with Big Sur.
I have a license of Pro Tools 11 that I downloaded and installed, but when I launch Pro Tools it crashes right away (I’ve attached a print screen of the error message).

I’m aware of the fact that Pro Tools don’t have official support for Big Sur and M1 yet. However, sometimes Pro Tools run anyways but somewhat unstable. Have anyone encountered the same issue?

Pro Tools 11 won’t run on Big Sur on Intel so you are really wasting your time. 2020.12 is running well on Big Sur on Intel and on M1 for folks, lots of details on DUC. You are going to have to upgrade, work out if you can find a (discontinued and increasingly rare) upgrade plan reinstatement from a dealer, maybe on eBay, or move to a subscription plan, again lots of discussions on DUC.

There should be no issues with opening older sessions as everything from PT 10 on up uses the same file format
