FS: A Surround set of Genelec. 1032, 1031, 7070A

Hi all,

I am finally selling my Genelec surround set as the room in which they were used is not doing much surround anymore. I purchased the set in 2004 and it has been lovingly cared for in a smoke-less, extremely clean Professional Post House. The set was de-commisioned in 2008 and put in storage and pulled out when needed. The need has not been great -- twice -- but the point is, there are not a ton of miles on these speakers.

Front LCR : 1032A
Surrounds : 1031A
Sub : 7070A.

Also have the +10 and Bass Management switch and all manuals.

The Surround Set new would cost about $14,000. I am looking for about $8,000. Local is best, shipping is expensive on these, but, I need to move them, so, they will go to whomever wants to buy them. Will work out shipping with buyer, but I ALWAYS ship a well-packed box and insure it.

There is also a separate Stereo Set is a little newer, but a factory refurb from 2008. New they would be $2500 for the pair. I am looking for $1500. Same deal on shipping. I ship FedEx and Insured.

For what it's worth, I'm with the party that bought the stereo set of 1031a's from Tom.....

If you're considering purchasing his Genelec surround set but aren't sure about buying something from a guy you've never met, no worries here. Tom stayed in very close communication with us throughout the process, and was WAY beyond conscientious in all matters of packing, shipping, etc. I can't recommend him highly enough!
