toggle view keyboard shortcut doesn't work

toggle view keyboard shortcut doesn\'t work

I can't and never could get the toggle view (between waveform and volume graph) keyboard shortcut (ctrl-minus key) to work.
i looked in FAQ and learned that i should try to disable any other languages on my mac aside from English. Tried that, still doesn't work. Posted a bug report to digidesign - no answer.
Can anyone help?
