Loss of Projects following interruption in internet connectivity
We have recently become aware of an issue where interruptions in internet connectivity can cause Pro Tools | First, Pro Tools, and Pro Tools | Ultimate to delete local offline-only Projects. (Note that this does not apply to Sessions.)
We are investigating this and working to resolve it with high priority. Until further notice, please be cautious if you have locally saved Projects—do not enable an internet connection if Pro Tools is open, and if you have an unreliable internet connection you should disable internet on your computer after creating your offline Project (quit Pro Tools before enabling your internet connection again). Thank you for your patience.

Re: Loss of Projects following interruption in internet connectivity
Pro Tools First v2019.6 is now available and includes a fix for this issue.
We strongly recommend that all users update to v2019.6 as soon as possible to prevent data loss. Please see the Pro Tools 2019.6 Release Notes for more info.
