Audio MIDI Setup does not work in 8.03!

Just installed the 8.03 update for PT LE, w/ my Digi002 on Mac. Now the Audio MIDI Setup hangs on "Audio Devices" and just says loading, greyed out.
help!! tried rebooting.. repaired permissions, all that stuff.

Go to MacHD>Users>your account>Library>Preferences>By Host and trash 'com.apple.midi.a bunch of numbers and letters.plist'.

Go to MacHD>Users>your account>Library>Preferences and trash 'com.apple.audio.audiomidisetup.plist'.

Empty the trash and restart, then see if everything is working.

Eek - now it works but I can't switch to external clock like I could in AMS before.

I'm having the same issue however the .plists Digi recommends trashing are not in the folders mentioned. Any other suggestions? CS update?

You're going to have to be more descriptive of what you're trying to do, the gear you're using, etc.

AMS is not where you set the clock source for Pro Tools - that's done in the Hardware Setup dialog. Same goes for Core Audio Manager - which is why I'm unclear about what you're trying to do with AMS....
