DIGI 002 Firmware updates? help!

Hi all,
Last week, I asked for help here with getting youtube to play through my 002. I appreciate the suggestions for adding to my MME helper but none worked.
NOW, things have gotten worse.
I use T-Racks 24 stand alone program for mastering....but the 002 suddenly won't recognize the program (it will process the files---not in real time, but that is useless to me as I can't hear the adjustments I am making).
Are their any firmware downloads for the 002?
This is starting to get very frustrating here. Anyone else run into problems of your 002 starting to not recognize MULTIPLE program and no playing around with the MME helper will solve them?

Hey, I know it may be a very silly answer but sometimes it can work.
The Digi hardware only work with on program at a time, you can't open Internet Explorer, Wmp and protools and have them all three working.It's exclusive access where the first loaded is the first served.
No offences to you at all.
One another thing, have you disabled you onboard audio card?
Have you set Digidesign Hardware in your Control Panel/Sound/Playback Device igidesign 1-2 Out?

I just run my on-board sound card audio into the aux or alt inputs and have never had an issue(or a problem) with listening to non-PT sounds over my studio monitors.
