Focusrite MH-442 ...digital expansion card -HELP

Hi,
I'm looking for a MH-442 (digital expansion card for the ISA 428 w/ adat out for my 002r). I'm in a bind and need one by Fri 1/14/05. I had one lined up but it fell through and now I can't seem to find any dealers that keep them in stock.
Anybody know anywhere where I could get one quick. Any help is appreciated.

just saw this, so my rec's are USELESS now. i have the 428 and it's really nice.

p.s. don't be surprised that now you have the ADC card, the unit SHUTS OFF after some use. happened TWICE!! to me. these units run HOT!!! TOOO Hot!!! but the guy at Thermal Relief Design (the focusrite fix-it guy) cna set it up so it won't happen.
