Can Mbox sync to midi timecode or smpte sync?
Can the Mbox be synced to an external sequencer or adats with a midi timecode piece or a brc? I know it doesn't have midi in or out but it does have a spdif. Thinking of getting an Mbox or a 002Rack.

Unless you are 100% positive you never will want of rmore than 2 i/o, DON"T get the M-box.
You can sync the M-box to MTC but you need to get an external midi interface, with the 002R midi is built in.
