Default white noise in control room section

Hi
I'm brand new with the c24 I've just installed it last week. I'm intend to work in stereo mode only I have a curious problem: on the monitor section 1-2 and alt 7-8 I have a lot of white noise??? It sounds like an poor analogue console!! I have mackie hr 824 on the 1-2 and ns-10m on the alt via an good teac ampli. i didn't have this noise on my last system (yamaha 01/v). curious. Does anybody have some ideas??

thanx
