you must also update your protools - the version that runs on jaguar will not run on panther, and vice versa.

I downloaded Pro Tools 6.4 and I'm running it on OS 10.3.5. So far everything is working lovely! Thanks for the help.
I really like the way Pro Tools organizes the plug-ins now, much better!!!
