Hi, im not sure whether it would work for games so you might be better of spending 50 bucks and get a Soundblaster Live for games, i have one alongside my 001 and it works fine.

Also the 001/002 can only be used with Pro Tools or Logic 'properly' it may work with other apps but you may run into issues!

I tried to use it for my only online game (Medal Of Honer Allied Assault)its all I play, but it deffinetly would not work. I even called digi to ask for some help but theres someting about that digi card that leaves out a key component for gaming. I dont remeber, it was some time ago. I have a motherboard now that has a sound card built in so I use that for gaming.

goodluck!

You guys need to work a little harder. It does work if all you are trying to do is have the sound come out some nice monitors. Just run your sound from your computer into the monitor in's via adapters and make sure your monitor button is set right and your set!!! blasting sound! (unreal tourneyment in my case) Also any sound that comes from your computer can go through the speakers. (also had effects going through my video game via a rackmount effects unit

g.luck!
