Default Pro Tools 10.3.2 Problem! The Installation Failed!

OK, I installed 10.8.2 and transfered my account and all data from my old 10.7.4, everything was ok until I tried to update to Pro Tools 10.3.2, now I can not install it at all, even iLock drivers can not be installed.
Here is what I get:

I have tried to repair permissions, create new user account, nothing helped.

Try installing 10.3.3 would be my suggestion.

I hope that works!

Are you running the installer as an administrator level user? The next time you run the installer, press Command+L (show installer log), then Command+3 (show everything) and make the installer log available as .txt online. Perhaps someone can read the installer log and determine what is happening.

I'm having same issue - everything fine with Pro Tools 10 until 10.3.2. After INSTALLATION FAILED prompt, I found that my Pro Tools application had been deleted. I tried the 10.3.3 installer - same thing, INSTALLATION FAILED. So I went back to my original Pro Tools 10 installer, now it won't install either, I get INSTALLATION FAILED. REPAIR DISK & REPAIR PERMISSIONS both yield no problem found. I'm stuck, can't install Pro Tools at all. Help please, I make my living with Pro Tools!

Please see my previous post. Anybody trying to help you will need the installer log to get a better understanding of what is causing this problem.

Same issue here. I replaced my HD installed Mountain Lion Installed PT9 then tried to upgrade to 10 and the installer keep failing. Now the application is gone. Here is a install log.

kextcache:
kxld[com.sonnt.driver.SonntAHCIPort]: The vtable for SonntIntelPchSeriesAHCIPort was not
patched because its parent, the vtable for SonntAHCIPort, was not patchable.

Whatever com.sonnt.driver.SonntAHCIPort is, it is causing one of the last routines of the installer to fail. Since the installer is triggering a kextcache rebuild, any suspect kext could cause this to happen.

Try starting up the Mac while holding the shift key until you get a progress bar beneath the Apple logo. This will initiate a safe boot and rebuild the caches. This might help with the situation.
