Default Can I upgrade from 2018.12.0 to 2021.10?
Does anyone know if it's possible to upgrade for free my Windows 10 PC using PT 2018.12.0 perpetual license to the new 2021.10? Thanks!

If you don't have active support and update plan, then no.
