Default Aggregate I/O question

there is a setting to allocate the inputs to the PT software
and one choice is aggregate I/O.

for example.. can I aggregate an Avid MBox, Profire2626 and say some other FW interface with mic preamps?

mix usb interface with FW interfaces?
daisy chain FW interfaces on the FW bus?

anyone who may have the opportunity to test this, it would appreciated.
