ilok wont synchronize

i have a new ilok with a new HD1 system.
Can someone tell me how long it generally takes for an ilok to be synchronized (with cable modem)?
I have left my ilok all day on the "processing please wait screen" and it still wouldn't finish. Does anybody know why? ilok doesn't seem to have any customer service. Thanks. Dave

We had a problem with that right after they upgraded the ilok website, but they supposedly fixed it. What browser are you using? ilok.com now supports IE and Safari, if you use one, try the other.
