No Transfer Botton Melodyne Editor 2 aka Singletrack
I upgraded from Melodyne Editor to Melodyne 2 aka (Singletrack) = (Melodyne 2) It is now handled by Avid rather than Celemony.
I do not have a transfer button in my display. Do I need to import my files? I've googled and guessed, checked forums, I have asked celemony support desk. I've got nothing so far. My system is compatable, OS 10.6.8 - I have registered and have Ilok's blessing. Is this a bug or has that little spider in my head fallen off it's web. I fear the latter. Thank You |

Re: No Transfer Botton Melodyne Editor 2 aka Singletrack
Get info from the application and check open in 32 bit.
Launch it standalone (Pro Tools not running). Get updates if needed. Does it work? Version 2.1 is latest. Check the App support Digidesign plug-in version. PS: "handled by Avid rather than Celemony" Sure you have editor DNA version and not the bundled one from Avid? All my upgrades were through Celemony.

Re: No Transfer Botton Melodyne Editor 2 aka Singletrack
In Singletrack, or Standalone mode, you do not transfer like the plugin or bridge. Load the audio track by drag and drop or open file menu.

Re: No Transfer Botton Melodyne Editor 2 aka Singletrack
Thanks for your response Michael H and DetroitT. I feel like I wasted your time because I did not understand the basic Idea of Singletrack.
It works! The Melodyne Editor that I was using before has been updated. But! It looked exactly the same. No name change. " Melodyne Editor" Under Digidesign, in my manufacture list of plug ins, I opened Singletrack assuming that this was the new version. The stand alone singletrack is meant to free up my CPU? Like Reason? If I have several tracks I should drag and drop, load the files into singletrack? Should it be used for any track? Thanks |
