Default Can't load midi patch names

Hi All.

Getting this error when trying to load midi patchnames into Pro Tools 10 & 11.

'MIDIServer patch file, bank, or mode information not available for this MIDI instrument'.

I used to be-able to have outboard effect names in the box.
Any ideas?

Ah, spoke too soon.

Make sure the patch name file is from the MOTU folder and that it corresponds to Audio Midi setup
