Default EUCON 3.2.1 not working under 10.8.5 and PT12

Hello all,

I'm loosing what's left of my mind trying to make EUCON work with PT12 (HDX).

Thing is, PT12 not being completely usable for me at the moment (still lacking some plugs I need from time to time), I wish to keep PT10 as well.
So my actual setup is Mac OS 10.8.5 and PT12.4, apparently the last setup that works along with PT10.
So...
PT10 works, EUCON with PT10 worked but, as I tried to slowly move to PT12, I got a message saying that, in order to use EUCON (and my 2 Artist controllers), I should upgrade to EUCON 3.2.
Which I did.
But when launching EUCON, the "E" icon in the finder bar just turns and turns and turns for minutes and I finally get the "EUCON network connection not found".
I've tried to desinstall and reinstall different versions (3.2, 3.2.1, 3.3.1...), none of them worked (and are not supposed to under Mac OS 10.8.5).

I don't see why there could be an unfound Network Connection when it was working like a charm under PT10.
Does anybody had a similar problem?
Any solution?

Right now, all I can do to keep on using the Artists is desinstalling EUCON, reinstalling 3.1 and work under PT10, which is kinda sad when you've paid $$$ to buy HDX and use HDX plugs... :-(

Thanks for any help.
Mat

Have you tried uninstalling current EuControl version then installing EuControl 3.4? How exactly do you have your surfaces connected?

Thanks for taking the time.
Yes I've tried uninstalling and re-installing many times.
The Control+Mix surfaces are connected to an Ethernet Hub connected to the Mac.
