mbox continually crashing my iMac

Hello guys this is a continual problem my iMac
3.06 intel Core duo keeps restarting and gives me this Error message
it has been ever since i loaded Windows on to my machine, while in Windows i loaded the Windows version of Mbox driver is that a mistake?

Guys pleases can you help this is driving me insane!!!
this again is the last bit of the error report i have a late 2009 iMac with mbox 2 pro fire wire, the iMac runs windows too which i use for Cubase via the same afore mentioned sound card, it just keeps crashing my MAc!!!
Any ideas?????
