As for waiting for Avid ... well my studio rewiring project is keeping me busy ... boy will I be glad when its over ... almost makes me wish I hadn't gone all gooey-eyed at a pristine 44 channel Amek desk with 8 groups, 8 aux and 8 assignable VCA groups, 4 group mutes etc etc.

One good result today ... only 4 new soldering burns today
